Request deletion of your Valentree account and associated data.
Send a deletion request
Click the button below to email Valentree LLC. Send the request from the email address connected to your Valentree account so we can verify it.
What happens next
Once we verify and accept your request, your account enters a 7-day grace period. Sign back in during that period to cancel.
After the grace period, we delete or scrub your sign-in identity, profile information and photos, saved items, push tokens, and active event references. Limited safety, fraud-prevention, report, feedback, and shared event or chat-history records may be retained as explained in our Privacy Policy.
